"What a gem of a place to find afterxa walk round Aysgarth Falls. Friendly, efficient staff and a varied menu. I had the Milk Race platter. A lovely salad with 3 local cheeses, Yorkshire ham and a brilliant chutney. My wife had beef and horseradish sandwiches that was a knife and fork job with all the extras that came with it. And to think we only stopped for coffee I'd thoroughly recommend this tea room for coffee or a meal."

"What a beautiful little tea room! On a wet and cold day visiting the Falls, we were made to feel at home from the moment we walked in, muddy walking boots and all. Wonderful service, delicious soup and scone option and we took two of the must try tray bakes home with us as they were too good to miss. Staff very attentive and cafe very clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend."

"Wonderful tea room with great drinks, food and ice creams. At the foot of the falls it’s in a lovely location. We had to wait around 20 mins to be seated, it’s popular and not that big so had to wait for space to be free. Service was great. The afternoon tea was lovely a nice sandwich, toastie, and great selection of cakes and scones."

"Delicious scones and tea yesterday!! The cheese scone comes with a slice of Wensleydale, butter, and chutney. It was fresh and yummy!! There were a wide selection of cakes at the counter!! It’s a great stop from seeing the nearby waterfalls!"

"We enjoyed a lovely lunch here on our trip through Yorkshire Dales National Park. The shop was so cute! There were just a few tables for dining in but we were able to be seated right away. There were also many tasty treats that you could purchase and enjoy as you walked across the bridge to Aysgarth Falls. Our sandwiches were delicious (Toasted Bacon, Bree, and Cranberry…mmmm!), the scone was perfect, covered in jam and whipped cream, and the shortbread cookie and double chocolate brownie that we purchased to go were heaven when we ate them later in the day! Definitely worth the stop and the calories!!!"

"We went there after our visit to the nearby waterfall. Tea shop allows dogs and muddy boots! It is a quirky little traditional tea shop offering afternoon teas, sandwiches, toasties and baked items. We shared an afternoon tea with and it was enough for two of us. I did order an additional drink as afternoon tea only comes with one pot of tea or coffee. The food was delicious, tasties were absolutely gorgeous so was scone. Cakes were lush and I ended up buying few more to take away. Staff is really friendly and atmosphere is lovely."
